Problema Con Ono 50/3 Algun Tecnico De adsl?

Buenas os comento mi problema,llevo 3 meses con cortes de internet aun nose porque pero e reclamado a ono en muchas ocasiones y esta es la solucion mas fiable que me a dado el tecnico que a venio despues de venir otros 3 mas antes que el, MI CONEXION ESTA OK PROBLEMA DENTRO DE CASA YA QUE LOS ORDENADORES AL ESTAR EN IP DINAMICA PEDIAN MAS DE 850 Veces una IP Al ruter Por dia y por eso se me cae. Yo siendo Lo mas astuto posible le dije que si ponia una ip estatica se me solucionaria el problema ya que es una ip fija y no pediria ninguna ip al ruter,El porsupuesto me a dicho que si que asi solucionaria el problema pero que cada vez que reiniciara el ruter tenia que configurar los 3 pcs. Weno ya lo e echo aora solo falta comprovar si es verdad o no.Solo se que yo pienso que son micro cortes el dice que no es eso,Bueno Solo eso una opinion de alguien que sepa del tema?,gracias y saludos.No llevo ni 10 minutos con IP Estatica y ya se me a vuelto a caer la linea. alguna solucion?

sabeis de algun programa donde pueda ver todo lo que ace mi ruter? las ip que pide los microcortes que tengo las caidas de velocidad las caidas ?

otro dato por si os ayuda tengo 2 pcs por wifi y otro por cable se me caen siempre los 3 a la vez eso si las luzes del ruter no parpadean y ni nada, simplemente se me cae 1 min o 2 que me deja meterme a internet pero va super super lento y aveces ni entra intenta cargar aveces lo consige lentamente pero no llega a cargar toda la wep y otras veces salta error de conexion "en lo que dura los cortes"

Se puede editar #1 para ir añadiendo todos los comentarios que creas oportunos.

Normalmente los cablemodem tienen una pantalla en la que puedes consultar el nivel de las portadoras de cable, la potencia de transmisión y el nivel de ruido. La próxima vez que notes lentitud accede al cmodem para consultar esos datos, si algún parámetro está fuera de lo normal anótalo para la próxima visita del técnico.

las frecuencias db estan correctas todo esta bien aparentemente lo que pasa esque cuando se me cae no puedo refrescar ninguna wep y cuando me consige refrescar va bien nose si me esplico?
