bueno, acabo de reinstalar el BF2, al formatear el pc por instalar una DFI LanParty Ultra-D y una 7800GTX. y bueno, voy a entrar a un server , sea cual sea, en este caso he intentado entrar a mecahost, y me dice que mi clave de CD no es válida.
Tengo el juego y la expansion original por supuesto. Alguien sabe que pasa? es por no instalar el gamespy?

coño, pa una cosa q puede flipar dejale, luego cuando juegue en publis y coma como el 99% pues no podra alardear de na :#
Negociador, rula el pc y tal, bastante estable, pero el BF no me chuta, en multiplayer por lo del cd key, y en single cuando carga el mapa, salta a windows de golpe o se reinicia.
creo que es un problema de memoria, tengo unas kingston 2x512 y kreo que es ese el problema. Alguien lo sabe?
Sukoi24, paso de tu cara, que ya te he visto alguna vez por el foro diciendo namas que tonterias, anda parguela, pierde el tiempo en otra cosa.
Yo flipo, reinstalo y me va perfecto despues de haberme dicho Clave del CD no valida.. al rato voy a entrar de nuevo y me dice lo mismo que cojones es esto?? no voy a estar desinstalando e isntalando cada 2 x 3..
Encontre la solución:
Sometimes a conflict in the updated files can prevent the game from properly identifying your CD-key. Usually, refreshing your CD-key will resolve the issue. Note that this will only correct the error if you used the same Windows account to install, patch, and troubleshoot the game. If you have switched Windows accounts at any point it is recommended you uninstall, reinstall, and repatch using the same Windows login.
If you have Battlefield 2
Click Start.
Go to Run.
Type regedit and hit OK button.
Click on plus sign next to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE.
Click on plus sign next to SOFTWARE.
Double click on Electronic Arts folder.
Double click on EA Games folder.
Double click on Battlefield 2 folder.
Double click on ergc folder.
Data displayed will probably have x9392 only.
Right click on it and select Modify.
Type in x9392 and then your CD key.
note: don’t include hyphens.
Example: x9392(your Battlefield 2 CD key here)
If you have Battlefield 2: Special Forces
Click Start.
Go to Run.

Vale esto que pone EA para variar no funciona ...
La solucion es reinstalar y una vez reinstalado hacer una copia de la entrada al registro que nombra y tenerla guardada...
Cuando de el error unicamente ejecutarla y listo..
*Supongo que poco a poco iran apareciendo mas casos destos.. pero es que es risa resintalar estar 1 rato jugando y k cuando vuelvas te diga otra vez lo mismo..
#12 pues nose tu..pero a mi ni por esas me funciona....esto es un cachondeo. ¿Puede detallar como haces la copia? es por si hago algo mal..yoqse..esto es desesperante.
