New Gamemode: Domination

  • Several Obelisks of Power have appeared in Egypt. Control them to gain victory.

  • Average game time is around 20 minutes.

  • Match Objectives:
    · There are three control points.
    · Each team starts with 400 tickets.
    · Enemy tickets are reduced when your side controls two of the three points, as well as for each enemy kill.
    · Reduce the enemy team to zero tickets to win the match.

  • Other Info:
    · You start at level three with 1500 gold.
    · Neutral camps provide buffs but do not deduct tickets.
    · Your team respawns together in waves.
    · You will earn normal match rewards. Note that Domination has its own first win of the day bonus.

General Features:

  • In addition to the five permanently free gods (Ra, Kali, Ymir, Sun WuKong, and Artemis), there will now be an additional five free gods at any point in time. The free additional gods will rotate over time. (You will still need to purchase a god in order to ensure permanent access).

  • When you first enter the match lobby in either Conquest Normal or Conquest Ranked gamemodes, the top-ranked player on each side now has the opportunity to ban a god from play. When a god is banned, it is banned for both sides. All gods are bannable (Note that we had previously communicated that free gods would not be bannable, but reversed that decision after adding the additional free rotating gods).

  • If enough people are in queue we respect your preferred region when match making. You choose your preferred region on the PLAY screen.

  • In the Settings menu, you can now choose between 3 different ability casting options:
    · Normal Casting Mode: A targeting decal is placed on the ground when you hit the ability button, and then the ability is fired when you left mouse click.
    · Quick Casting Mode: A targeting decal is placed on the ground when you push down the ability button, and the ability is fired when you release the ability button.
    · Instant Casting Mode: The ability is fired as soon as you press the ability button, with no targeting decal.

  • The time spent in a “matching state” on timed queues is now drastically reduced, so that you should be sent into the match lobby much faster.

  • Auto-purchase settings will now be stored server-side at a player level. This should prevent users have these settings reset after each patch (Note: Settings will be reset upon this patch, but should not be reset during the next patch).

  • If you receive a party invite while alt-tabbed out of the game, you will now receive an out-of-match notification, similar to the notification you receive when you are alt-tabbed out of the game and receive a match invite.

  • All Towers have the same health now (excluding Phoenixes). Previously, the first tower had less health than the second.

  • In Conquest mode, gold now spools at 4 per second (previously 2 per second).

  • Ranked matches now kick off every 30 minutes instead of every hour.

UI Changes:

  • The Settings menu has undergone a UI overhaul. There are now tabs for different settings areas.

  • The Play button on the top-bar menu is now better highlighted.

  • A variety of UI cleanups have been made to the PLAY screen. This includes:
    · Users may also now select their preferred server region.
    · Your last selected tab is persisted across logins (so you will return to the PvP tab if that was your last selected tab the last time you played).
    · The buttons now read “Join” and “Leave” instead of “Join Queue” and “Leave Queue”.
    · Once you join a queue, you are restricted from clicking on other queues until you leave the queue.
    · Several other cleanups.

  • The sizing and positioning of the in-game web browser has been modified.

  • The sell button in the in-game item store has been modified.

  • Several cleanups and improvements have been made to the Social menus.

  • Several other minor bug fixes and visual cleanups.

Abilities:

  • Creeping Curse
    · The active slow has been reduced from 35% to 30%.
    · The cooldown has been increased to 150s.

  • Hand of the Gods
    · Damage done to minions has been reduced by 20%.
    · Passive has been changed so that you take 30% less damage from Jungle minions.

  • Heavenly Agility
    · The active speed buff has been increased from 35% to 40%.
    · Duration of the buff has been reduced from 5s to 3s.
    · This ability now makes you immune to slows for the active duration.
    · The cooldown has been increased to 150s.

  • Intensify Defenses has been temporarily removed.

  • Meditation
    · The passive has been changed so that when you have less than 40% of your mana, your mana regeneration is doubled.
    · The cooldown has been increased to 120s.

  • Purification Beads
    · This ability removes pulls again.
    · The cooldown has been increased to 120s.

  • Sprint
    · The lifetime of the active speed buff has been changed to 6s.
    · The cooldown has been increased to 150s.

Items:

  • Recommended items that had mana potions have now been changed to healing potions.

Jungle:

  • The XP reward for clearing a buff camp has been reduced by 50%.

  • Protection Buff Camp
    · The protection camp has had its buff reduced from +50 to +35.

Gods:

  • General
    · Base movement speed of gods has been increased by 10%.
    · Projectile speeds on basic ranged attacks has been increased from 70 ft/sec to 100 ft/sec. Anhur, Artemis and Cupid are still at 110 ft/sec.

Artemis

  • Calydonian Boar
    · Crowd control immunity duration decreased from 6s to 3s.

Cupid

  • Cupid’s base attack speed has been increased from .92 attacks/sec to 1 attacks/sec.

  • PASSIVE – Lovestruck
    · When an ability is used that consumes 10 stacks, Cupid also gains a 20% buff to his physical power for 6s.

  • Heart Bomb
    · Damage type has been changed from physical to magical.
    · Base damage has been increased from 50/80/110/140/170 to 60/100/140/180/220.
    · Damage contribution has been changed from 60% physical to 100% magical.

  • Share the Love
    · Base healing has been increased from 30/50/70/90/110 to 45/70/95/120/145.
    · Damage contribution has been changed from 40% physical to 30% magical.

  • Flutter
    · Attack speed buff duration has been increased from 4s to 6s.
    · All ranks now gain 2% attack speed per stack of Lovestruck.
    · Lovestruck stacks now consumed by Flutter.

  • Fields of Love
    · Damage type has been changed from physical to magical
    · Base damage has been increased from 175/225/275/325/375 to 225/290/355/420/485.
    · Damage contribution has been changed from 100% physical to 120% magical.

Freya

  • Irradiate
    · Decreased the cooldown from 13s to 11s.

  • Pulse
    · Decreased the cooldown from 13s to 11s.

  • Banish
    · Increased the duration of the banish from 1/1.5/2/2.5/3s to 1.4/1.8/2.2/2.6/3s.

Sobek

  • PASSIVE – Armor of the Nile
    · Name has been changed to Blessing of the Nile
    · Each hit now also gives Sobek +15 physical power, stacking up to 3 times.

Thor

  • Tectonic Rift
    · The fissure now appears almost instantly, doing 75/115/155/195/235 (+60% of your physical power) physical damage and stunning enemies for 1/1.25/1.5/1.75/2s.

  • Anvil of Dawn
    · Reduced the amount of time the warning is visible when Thor is about to come crashing down.

Ymir

  • Frost Breath
    · This ability now does 50/90/130/170/210 (+50% of your magical power) magical damage.

  • Shards of Ice
    · The slow applied during his ultimate has been increased from 30% to 40%.

Debo asumir que los servidores Europeos ya están operativos ya que te deja elegir Europa como preferido aunque si no hay suficiente gente en el matchmaking te mandaran al US.

NEW GOD: XBalanque

  • Dead of Night (Passive): Any enemy gods that Xbalanque kills while Darkest of Nights is active increases his physical power by 5 permanently, maxing out at 30 additional physical power.
    Branching Bola: When XBalanque toggles on this ability, his basic attacks deal an additional 10/20/30/40/50 physical damage. When the bola hits, it splits into 2 that hit enemies up to 30 feet behind the target for 30% damage (on-hit effects do not apply). Right clicking cancels the toggle. Cost: 11/13/15/17/19 mana per shot.

  • Poison Darts: XBalanque shoots 10 darts in a cone in front of him, dealing 30/50/70/90/110 (+40% of your physical power) physical damage. An enemy can be hit by 3 darts, with the other 2 doing 30% damage. Enemies hit are poisoned for 3s, taking an additional 10/15/20/25/30 (+20% of your physical power) physical damage every .5s and are slowed by 3/6/9/12/15%, increasing with Focus up to 40%. Cost 70/75/80/85/90 mana. Cooldown - 18/17/16/14/14s.

  • Rising Jaguar: Xbalanque rushes forward and then jumps into the air. While in the air, he fires darts at all nearby enemies, dealing 80/130/180/230/280 (+40% of your physical power) physical damage. Any enemies that were poisoned by Xbalanque take 50% more damage. Cost - 60/70/80/90/100 mana. Cooldown - 16s.

  • Darkest of Nights: Xbalanque shrouds enemies in darkness for 3s. Special Game Mode of the Day

Have you ever wanted to play a match with all Arachnes? Or settle the debate of which Pantheon is better -- Greek or Egyptian? Or any other of scores of other unique match ups? Each day, a Special Game Mode of the Day will be featured with its own unique parameters and twists.

The mode gives its own First Win of the Day bonus, as well as other normal favor and experience rewards.

The Special Mode of the Day will run every 12 minutes. Domination will also run every 12 minutes, and the two will be on offsetting rotations (so you can play one of the two every 6 minutes).

New game mechanic - Focus

A new game mechanic has been added to the game, called Focus. This new stat affects the utility of each god in a variety of ways, in some cases increasing the duration of your stun and in other cases increasing the amount of healing an ability does. Your god starts with 0 Focus and is able to purchase up to 100. Any additional Focus purchased after that will no longer affect the abilities that scale off of Focus.

Item Changes
As a result of this new game mechanic, every item in the game has been modified. This includes items that you knew of having certain stats and benefits may no longer provide those same things. Many items have had Focus added to their offerings. Many new items have been added as well, with new passives and benefits to them.

God changes
All gods have had their abilities adjusted as well. Where we intend for the utility of a god to be driven off of Focus, we have made modifications to their abilities accordingly. As stated above, these abilities can be modified for scaling of healing amounts, slow percentages, stun durations, etc.

Items

A new tab has been added to the In-Match Item Store called “Stats”. From this tab, you can improve your stats directly using in-game gold. In general, though, it is still more cost efficient to buy items instead of using the stats tab, so it is recommended to buy stats directly only when using a targeted strategy or once maxed on your item build.
Nearly every item in the game has changed to some degree. Please review the items in the game for the latest details.

Conquest Map

The Conquest map has undergone significant revisions. The outside lanes have been removed and the jungle interiors and lanes modified. The health and shield jungle buffs have been removed. There are also additional new jungle camps that do not give buffs, but can be farmed for experience. The trees turn into Fall colors when you move into enemy territory.

General Features

  • When you mouseover other players’ stat bars on the in-match Scoreboard, you will see a tooltip with additional statistics for that player. The “P” Screen has been removed, as it is now redundant to this functionality.

  • Gods now have a outline effect around them. You can disable this effect through the Video Setting menu.

  • The Solo Practice map and Joust Mode now utilize a new art set, with a Medieval theme.
    Players can now queue the Joust gamemode solo and be match-made into another Joust match. In order to Joust against a friend, you should form a party of two and then join the “Joust Challenge” queue under the Challenge tab.

  • Gold is now spooled at 3g per second in Conquest (previously 4g/s) and at 6g per second in Domination (previously 8g/s).

  • Higher deserter penalites (30 minute minimum)

  • The Conquest queue now accepts teams of 4 and 5. The 5-person Pre-Made queue and the Novice queue have been removed. All users simply queue Conquest and match-making will attempt to put new users with new users and teamed users with teams as well as it can with the groups in queue. Note that the ability to queue teams of 4 and 5 in the same queue as solo and smaller team members may be removed at a later date if the test reveals significantly worse match quality.

  • The FX that play around your player while buffed have been changed.

  • Fixed an issue where the Sand Guardian in Domination could be spawned off-center from the capture point.

  • Movement speeds have been adjusted down from the previous patch. The new movement speeds are 15 units higher than they were before the last change (5% increase from the original speeds) and you hit the level of diminishing returns at a higher value.

  • Fixed an issue where the win condition was not being considered after a kill in Domination.
    Lowered the spectator camera height when pinging the map.

  • Spectator color changes for enemy/friendly health and mana bars.

  • Spectator camera motion is smoothed out when viewing from the player’s perspective.

  • The additional damage done by ranged and melee minions to structures has been reduced from 100% to 50%.
    The additional damage done by cyclops minions to structures has been increased from 50% to 70%.

  • Joust and Solo Practice now start the player at Level 3 and spool more gold per second (akin to Arena).

  • Players without line of sight to other relevant players now see those gods with an outline effect through walls and barriers.

  • The Ba (Fury) in Domination that used to award a protection buff now awards a speed buff instead.

  • Invulnerable towers have been added to protect the spawns in Domination and the minion spawn positions have been spread further apart.

  • Buff camps in Domination and Arena have been updated. Protection and Health buffs are no longer available.

  • Fixed an issue where gods with charge-ahead abilities, such as He Bo’s wave, could get stuck in minion despawn areas.

UI Changes

  • The God Screen has undergone significant revisions and changes. Further improvements are planned for future releases.

  • The Home screen has undergone modifications. There are now callouts on the left-hand side to alert you of important game information, including the current Match of the Day, the current list of free gods in rotation, and other information.

  • Some items on the Settings screen have been re-organized to different tabs.
    Changes to match lobby to make it more obvious where the teams are in the god banning phase and how much time is remaining.

  • Added the ability to view individual player stats while Spectating (use ‘P’ key)
    Several other bug fixes and minor cleanups.

Active Items

  • All active items are now priced at 250g.

  • The passives have been removed from the active items.

  • Sprint and Heavenly Agility
    Both of these items now protect you from new slows for 3s after using the active ability.

  • Purification Beads
    Immunity to slows and slow protection has been added to this ability on use.

Jungle

  • Jungle camp XP has been increased by 50%.

Gods

  • Bacchus
    Chug
    Using this ability no longer gives Bacchus additional physical power.
    Using this ability now gives Bacchus +5/10/15/20/25 protections, increasing with Focus up to 50.

  • Cupid
    Cupid has been shifted back to physical scaling and physical damage on his abilities.
    Cupid’s attack speed has been reduced from 1 attacks/sec to .92 attacks/sec.
    PASSIVE - Lovestruck
    When an ability is used that consumes 10 stacks, Cupid no longer gains a 20% to his physical power for 6s.
    Heart Bomb
    Damage type has been changed from magical to physical.
    Base damage has been decreased from 60/100/140/180/220 to 50/80/110/140/170.
    Damage contribution has been changed from 100% magical to 60% physical.
    Share the Love
    Base healing has been decreased from 45/70/95/120/145 to 30/50/70/90/110.
    Damage contribution has been changed from 30% magical to +1.2 per Focus.

    No longer consumes stacks again.
    This ability no longer gains an advantage based on the number of Lovestruck stacks at the time it is used.
    Fields of Love
    Damage type has been changed from magical to physical.
    Base damage has been decreased from 225/290/355/420/485 to 175/225/275/325/375.
    Damage contribution has been changed from 120% to 100%.

  • Freya
    Irradiate
    Freya now gains 10% physical lifesteal for 5s.
    Pulse
    Freya now gains 10% magical lifesteal for 5s.

  • Hel
    Switch Stance is now available at level 1.
    Decay/Restoration

#1186 hoy, lleva ya 1 hora caído. Thor creo que seguirá estando op, ese stun es absurdo no solo te stunea 2 segundos sino que no te deja huir luego. Stun+martillo y lo de dar vueltas y te quita el 75% de la vida como poco si no eres tank.

Este juego cada vez me decepciona mas, siempre que sacan personajes nuevo salen op, y otros tantos que de dos golpes te matan... algo tienen que hacer el daño que hace la araña o bastet en los primeros niveles es descomunal y despues estan tanques como odin que son duros como piedras y que de dos golpes te matan...

me esta decepcionando esto..

pd: se han cargado el juego. no pillo ni un item, como mucho la executioner y la que da mana por minion, l odemas a stats crit lifesteal, penetration y mov speed.

Se les está yendo mucho la olla desde hace tiempo. O empiezan a testear bien lo que van a meter en el live o se les va a terminar de ir de las manos.

No es normal reventar de 5 blancos, y actualmente con el sistema nuevo es posible.

Xbalanque es bastante malo en early, pero no veas que backdoor hace. Ya he ganado unas cuantas perdiendo por mas del doble de dinero y kills yo solo.

Warrior Tabi -> Devourer gloves -> Transcendence -> Executtioner -> Titan's Bane(si hay mucho tank) -> Deathbringer y cada vez que tengas pasta en potis y crit chance de stats.

pd: Hel y Cupid otra vez increiblemente op.

Llevo desde... 2 semanas de la salida de Cupid sin jugar, que mierda es esta de que solo puedes meter cola cada X minutos? Me como 10 mins de cola, para que el tipico retard no eliga personaje y te devuelva al lobby y otros 10 minutos.

#1196 al que se le ocurrió debe tener algún tipo de deficiencia mental o algo xD. Yo lo que no se es porque se centran en sacar mas modos de juegos chorras en lugar de equilibrar los gods y sacar mas, con los pocos que hay deberían sacar mínimo 1 a la semana y con suerte sacan 1 al mes.

Yo creo que ya tienen una base bastante decente y varios modos de juego que pueden satisfacer a cualquiera, lo de las colas y lo otro que comentais es bastante fail

#1200 por eso digo que es un fail lo de las colas XD quiero pensar que eso es debido a la cola conjunta entre US y EU, de esta forma si hay suficientes EU jugar en servidores cercanos y no la mierda de los US.

#1199 ya pero a mi pro ejemplo solo me gusta el modo de juego conquest. Me tengo que tragar 6 min de cola y si alguien dodgea otros 6.
