no me he leido los Terminos del Servicio, pero como si dice misa, no todos los contratos que se firman son validos hoy en dia, las clausulas abusivas suelen declararse nulas en un juzgado.
PD: ahora que alguien tenga las ganas, el tiempo y el dinero para meterse en esos berenjenales es otra cosa.

despues de haberlo leido (y gran parte del resto), habria que poner en un contexto la posible "reclamacion" de la propiedad y tener en cuenta lo que implica la propiedad de una cuenta de juego (un bien intangible y limitado).
