pues nada, me rio de riot como quiero. Envie 2 ticket para la devolución de rp, ambos en inglés. Con la única diferencia de que uno lo envie selecionando de que era idioma español y otro inglés, pero ambos estaban escritos en inglés. Entonces cuando me di cuenta del error, a los 2 días, envie lo mismo copy-pega.
